Denver-based Mark West Energy Partners L.P. has announced it is to spend about $100m to expand its Javelina hydrogen plant in Corpus Christi, Texas.
The company will begin construction of a steam methane reformer facility at the plant in the fourth quarter and expects to start delivering high purity hydrogen by early 2010.
