“More efficient, eco-friendly transport with hydrogen (H2)-run cars” is the aim of Berlin-based taxi-sharing service CleverShuttle who have launched a fleet of taxis in Hamburg.
The innovative ride-sharing service, which also offers individual rides, launched in 2015 in Germany with the hope of creating a cleaner air, less traffic jams and cheaper rides. Following Berlin, Leipzig and Munich, the service has now launched in Hamburg.
Residents and guests of the Hanseatic city can move around emission-free, as initially ten, and by the end of 2017, 20, Toyota Mirais will be brought into service. They will be powered with environmentally-friendly H2 from infrastructure partner H2 MOBILITY.
