Gas detection expert, Industrial Scientific Corporation has promoted Kevin Miller to Chief Operating Officer and Vice President.
In his new role, Miller will be responsible for sales, service, marketing, product development, and manufacturing for Industrial Scientific’s portable gas detection business. “These core functions will be further strengthened by consolidating them under one leader,” said Justin McElhattan, President and CEO of Industrial Scientific. “We are extremely confident in Kevin’s abilities as he has a proven track record of success here at Industrial Scientific.”
Miller joined Industrial Scientific in 2007 as the Director of Sales, Americas has since served as the Vice President and General Manager of Americas sales & services and most recently as Vice President of Global Sales Services & Marketing.
Prior to joining the company, Miller was Vice President of Argosy University Online Programs. He also held positions at FreeMarkets, Inc., now Ariba, Inc., including Director of supplier solutions and global commercial operations, and Director of North American sales operations.
