ITM Power, an energy storage and clean fuel company, has secured a fuel contract to supply hydrogen (H2) fuelled fleet logistics pioneer, Commercial Group, with H2 for its fleet of hybrid vehicles.
The contract covers fuel dispensed across the UK-based business’s H2 refuelling network, including the new H2 station that ITM Power recently opened in London – the first publicly accessible station in the UK.
The H2 will be supplied at £10 per kg.

Commercial, which is the UK’s largest, independently owned business services company, has been operating a fleet of H2 hybrid delivery vans in the south of the UK since 2013. It is understood that this deal and ITM Power’s continued expansion of the H2 refuelling network in the country will enable Commercial to serve more customers in its low-carbon logistics network.
