Iwatani supply liquid hydrogen through their Hydro-Edge

Both Taiheiyo Ekika Suiso and Iwatani International recently supplied the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) with liquid hydrogen to be used as a fuel.

The fuel will be used for the H-IIA Launch vehicle flight no 10 (H-IIA F10) launched by JAXA in September 2006.

This marks the first time that Iwatani International supplied liquid hydrogen from their Hydro-Edge. The liquid hydrogen was also used in the engine tests and trials.

Yoshitaro Nunome, president of Taiyo Ekika Suiso, said: $quot;The amount supplied from our plant in Oita and from Hydro-Edge was about equal.$quot;
