Ohio-based KAG Logistics has acquired American PetroLog.
Announcing the acquisition on Thursday (16th June), KAG said the transaction will see American PetroLog’s team of logistics professionals, including its President and CEO, join KAG.
Kevin Spencer, President of KAG Logistics, said, “There are tremendous synergies between our two organisations which we plan to capitalise on as we hit the ground running on day one.”
