Keen Compressed Gas Co., a supplier of welding equipment, welding supplies and industrial, medical, speciality and cryogenics is celebrating 100 years in business.
The Delaware-based company was coined by Stanly Keen in 1919 as an auto part supply store under the name, Keen Auto Parts. In 1934, the auto parts business was sold, and the company began its focus on gases and welding supplies.
100 years on and the family run business is celebrating history and success as a third-generation business with 14 branch locations and 115 employees.
“We are very proud of what we have accomplished over the past 100 years,” said Bryan Keen, President of Keen Compressed Gas.
