Korea to receive its first hydrogen station

MITSUBISHI Kakoki Kaisha and Watari Shokai have won a competition against some US manufactures for obtaining an order for the first hydrogen station in Korea which is to be established in Seoul, aiming at completion at the end of December of this year.

The Korean energy firm ordered the first hydrogen station in Korea to MS Eng, which is an engineering company and subsidiary of major LP and industrial gas company, MS Corporation. The construction will start this August and the facility will be completed by the end of the year. The investment is thought to be around 3 billion won. Mitsubishi Kakoki Kaisha has constructed several hydrogen stations in Japan.
