Lincoln Electric Holdings has acquired Vizient® Manufacturing Solutions, headquartered and operating in Bettendorf, Iowa, with further operations in Brazil.

Vizient is a privately held robotic integrator specialized in custom engineered tooling and automated arc welding systems for general and heavy fabrication applications. Annual sales are approximately $40 million.
