The new REALWELD product from Lincoln Electric improves training results by enhancing student comprehension, reducing training time, and increasing certification rates.
The new hands-on device enables users to practice multi-pass capability in a number of positions and features an ‘Arc OFF’ mode that allows students to first practice, troubleshoot and master welding techniques without burning an arc, reducing programme material costs.
As a user welds, the system analyses and scores every attempted weld trial on a five-technique parameter. This information is then stored and can be accessed by the student in the booth.
