The Lincoln Electric Company is offering technical training in aluminum welding through a selection of upcoming seminars.
Aluminum is increasingly prevalent in manufacturing due to its corrosion-resistant properties and improved strength-to-weight ratio over steel. Techniques and processes involved in aluminum welding have proven to be more difficult than with other materials and require proper training and knowledge.
The ‘Advanced Training for Aluminum Alloys’ seminar will take place June 24-26 at The Lincoln Electric Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland. The seminar is designed to educate and certify fabrication managers, welding engineers and technicians in the industry.
Sessions cover everything from proper metal preparation, to troubleshooting and automation solutions. The ‘Practical Training for Welding Aluminum Alloys’ seminar will take place from October 6-9 at the corporate headquarters facility.
