Linde highlights decarbonisation in Sustainable Development Report 2021

Linde has today released its Sustainable Development Report 2021, emphasising its efforts to achieve climate neutrality by 2050 through enabling sustainability goals and developing low carbon technologies such as carbon capture and storage (CCS) and green hydrogen.

In addition to exploring the company’s commitment to sustainability throughout the year, the report examines its core values of safety, inclusivity, diversity, and community.  

Having last year announced its ‘35 by 35’ target to reduce its absolute greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions 35% by 2035, compared to the 2021 emissions base, Linde also revealed its ‘30 by 30’ goal, which looks towards achieving 30% female representation globally by 2030.  

In the report, Sanjiv Lamba, CEO, Linde, underlined the importance of sustainability.
