Linde LienHwa (LLH), The Linde Group’s joint venture with LienHwa MiTAC Group of Taiwan, has been awarded the ‘Supplier Excellence Award’ by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC), the largest semiconductor foundry in the world.
The award commended LLH’s exceptional performance and supplier ranking on TSMC’s QCDS (quality, cost, delivery and service) metrics in 2011.
