For the second consecutive year, Linde has been recognised as a Top Noteworthy Company by DiversityInc.
The DiversityInc annual survey benchmarks employers’ diversity and inclusion programs, practices, policies and outcomes.
Each year DiversityInc assesses over 1,000 organisations based on company-submitted data across four key areas: talent pipeline; talent development; leadership accountability and supplier diversity.
