Industrial gas specialist Linde has been recognised for its commitment to sustainability after achieving an ‘industry-leading’ score in the 2022 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).
Announced today (8th Dec), the achievement saw the company score in the 99th percentile out of more than 400 chemicals companies for its overall ESG (environmental social governance) performance.
Having scored in the 100th percentile for environment, Linde has continued its run of good form when it comes to sustainability.
Last year, the company was included in the DJSI World Index for the 19th consecutive year, following an announcement that it will focus on reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to meet 2035 and 2050 climate goals.
