Linde AG has secured a collaboration with multiple major multinationals to provide its liquefaction technology to future liquefied natural gas (LNG) plants.
The Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation, signed by Russia’s PAO NOVATEK, Technip and Research and Design Institute for Gas Processing (NIPIGas), will see the parties cooperate on future LNG projects.
Under the deal, the German industrial gas conglomerate has also signed a License Agreement with NOVATEK to provide its natural gas liquefaction technology for its Arctic LNG 2 project.
