A liquid oxygen facial product has been voted as the best hyperpigmentation treatment.
The pigment, by skin care company neaclear, combines the liquid oxygen with vitamins C and E, along with other ingredients and was voted the best by a survey of Chicago physicians.
It is being touted as the ‘ultimate anti-aging product’ as it is the first to combine stabilised liquid oxygen as well as vitamins C and E into a product.
