MAN Cryo will supply an LNG fuel-gas supply system to a Norwegian live-fish carrier ordered by Nordlaks, one of Norway’s largest aquaculture companies.
The new vessel will be a sister to an identical vessel ordered during the summer of 2018 – again for Nordlaks – for which MAN Cryo, MAN Energy Solutions’ marine LNG fuel-gas-sysem manufacturer, also won the order to provide the fuel-supply system.
The system forms part of an innovative, hybrid gas-battery propulsion solution – a first for the segment.
