Small, disposable cylinders are proving ever more popular to speciality gases users.
The cylinders are supplied by the SIAD group which says they represent a simple and efficient supply system which is proving to have an increased market demand.
As well as being disposable, the cylinders are smaller and lighter than their counterparts – they measure just 28cm by 7.5 cm and have an empty weight of 140g – making them easier to use and transport while still keeping the gas pure inside.
The most popular uses of the cylinders are for explosimeters, ie combustible gas indicators and for fluorescent lights.
