Matheson Gas Products Korea Co., which is a subsidiary of TNSC, has expressed its sorrow over an incident at the company’s electronic gases facility in Chungnam – which resulted in the death of an employee.
The incident occurred on May 4 at the Asan Facility – in Asan-City, Chungnam – at about 1.30pm (local time).
An investigation into the cause of the incident is currently being handled by the Korean governmental authorities. Upon completion of the investigation, the Korean authorities will issue details of the findings as to the cause of the incident.
A company statement provided states, “We express our sorrow over the deceased, and extend our deepest condolences and our thoughts are with the family.”
