Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc. (MATHESON) has launched a new MOCVD website, which is devoted to MOCVD Equipment manufactured by MATHESON’s parent company, Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation (TNSC).
It makes available a comprehensive MOCVD brochure for download and contact information for additional technical information.
MOCVD Equipment is used in compound semiconductor applications, like LCDs, blue and white LEDs, power electronics, ultraviolet light, and RF, and the new site makes information readily available for these applications.
