Messer Americas is celebrating its first “Messerversary”.
The industrial gas company came to market on 1st March (2019) when Messer Group and CVC Capital Partners Fund VII announced the completion of the planned acquisition of certain businesses in North and South America from Linde plc.
Now, to celebrate its one-year anniversary, Messer has launched a video sharing photos and key milestones from the past year. Some milestones highlighted in the video include the new air separation unit (ASU) in Indianapolis and the carbon dioxide plant in California.
