Messer Industries has divested itself from Messer Denmark, with effect from 1st August (2019).
The buyer is Danish competitor Strandmøllen A/S – a full-line supplier of gases and equipment to a wide range of end-user industries, spanning five key business areas:
- Iron and steel industry
- Health sector
- Laboratories and pharmaceutical industry
- Food industry
- Processing and environment sector
