MOCON, a leading global manufacturer of permeation instrumentation, is announcing a name change for its Paul Lippke Handels-GmbH business unit headquartered in Neuwied, Germany.
Effective 1st January 2015, Lippke will be known as MOCON GmbH.
“MOCON has made considerable investments in acquisitions and organic growth to strengthen its global footprint as a market leader. Changing the name of our German business unit, is another step in support of that strategy,” said Doug Lindemann, Vice President.
MOCON purchased Lippke in 2004. During the two prior decades, Lippke had been a manufacturer of its own instrumentation and a distributor of MOCON equipment—targeting packaging, food and pharmaceutical markets and applications.
