Linde Gas is to supply more than 300 types of compressed gases to the University of Wisconsin-Madison as part of a multi-million dollar agreement.
The multiple-year contract is to meet the many needs of educational research and medical departments throughout the university.
Linde will supply all the compressed industrial, speciality and liquid cylinder gases used at the university. Also as part of the agreement, Linde has implemented a full electronic-business solution enabling end users to order products via a punchout.
University employees will be able to directly search and order products, verify pricing and delivery times from their own sites, reducing admin times, invoice disputes, pricing errors and order accuracy.
