McDermott International has announced Andrew Gould, former Chairman and CEO of Schlumberger, as the newest addition to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Gould holds more than 40 years of experience in the global oil and gas industry. Following his 37-yearcareer with Schlumberger, he served as Chairman of BG Group, a multinational oil and gas company, from 2012 until its sale to Royal Dutch Shell in 2016.
“Andrew’s decades of experience in operations and financial leadership in the global oil and gas industry make him an invaluable addition to our Board of Directors,” said David Dickson, McDermott’s President and CEO.
“We look forward to leveraging his expertise leading multinational companies and extensive industry knowledge as we advance McDermott’s strategic direction.”
