The National Oil and Gas Authority (Noga) have specified designs for vehicles carrying new gas cylinders.
Oil and Gas Affairs Minister and Noga chairman Dr Abdulhussain Mirza said this is in line with the authority’s regulating and monitoring of the oil and gas sector.
The new vehicle specifications enhance a cylinder’s salvage life, reduce noise and prevent accidents to people, vehicles and houses during delivery.
They will also make the theft of cylinders virtually impossible.
