SIAD Macchine Impianti has announced the start-up of a new air separation plant (ASU) in Russia.
The plant, built for the United Metallurgical Company (OMK), serves the new metallurgical complex of Vyksa Steel Works, located in the Russian town of Nizhnij Novgorod.
This is the main production unit of United Metallurgical Company, with a production capacity of 8000 Nm3/h of gaseous oxygen and nitrogen and argon.
SIAD Macchine Impianti has carried out the design and construction of the plant, as well as performing all of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities of the plant, through its specialised technicians on site.
