nexAir has acquired the business operations and customers of Atlanta Medical Gases.
As part of the acquisiton, Atlanta Medical Gases healthcare customers will complement nexAir’s medical gas presence in the greater Atlanta area.
The acquisition will also allow Atlanta Medical Gases customers benefit from nexAir’s product offering.
Bill Proctor, nexAir’s President, said, “The addition of the strong customer relationships at Atlanta Medical Gases to our current healthcare-related services and operations will be beneficial to everyone and expand nexAir’s customer base in the greater Atlanta area.”
