Nikkiso Cryogenic Industries’ Clean Energy Group has appointed Chinmay Upadhyat as Regional Vice-President of Southeast Asia to better support customers in the region.
Confirming the appointment today (24th Feb), Nikkiso said Chinmay will be based at the company’s large manufacturing and competence centre in Gujarat, India.
Chinmay brings a wealth of experience to the role, having started his career in 1995 as a Production Engineer with Anup Engineering and Inductotherm India, and then with Dresser Rand India.
Since 2008 he has been Regional then Assistant General Manager for Burckhardt Compression India where he was responsible for sales and business development of new machines for the Indian market.
