Organisations merge for autumn conference

The LDC Forum, producers of four regional natural gas conferences in the US, and the Industrial Gas Users Association (IGUA) have announced an agreement to host a ‘mega’ natural gas conference in October in Toronto, Canada.

The ‘IGUA/LDC Forum Canada’ conference will replace IGUA’s regular autumn conference, with up to 400 people expected to attend between the event dates of 22nd – 24th October.

The LDC Forum Series is currently made up of 4 annual conferences held regionally in the Southeast, Northeast, Mid-Continent and Rockies & West areas of the US, while each forum is the largest gas industry event in each of the four regions, boasting 600-plus attendees. The conferences highlight current regional topics that are relevant to buyers and sellers of natural gas, in an atmosphere designed for maximum exposure and networking.

IGUA is a Canadian industry trade association that represents the interests of industrial natural gas consumers that have significant operations in eastern and central Canada. Each year, the Association holds a spring invitation-only seminar, and an autumn conference for its members and those interested in the Canadian gas industry.
