LifeGas, a division of Linde Gas USA LLC, has announced its acquisition of Patterson Medical Repairs, Inc.
Patterson, headquartered in Cohoes, New York, is a full service specialty medical company specializing in oxygen distribution and medical equipment repair. With the transaction, LifeGas acquires Patterson’s seven locations in New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Virginia, including 60 employees as well as the existing management team.
Mike Walsh, president of LifeGas, said, $quot;The addition of Patterson’s medical oxygen and medical repair business will strengthen our offering to the growing healthcare industry in the U.S. Northeast, significantly impacting this region’s footprint and service capabilities.
LifeGas specializes in providing premier medical gases and gas-enabled solutions to hospitals, clinics, nursing facilities, emergency management services and home healthcare providers with service to over 1,000 hospitals and home care providers. LifeGas is the U.S. medical gas business unit of Linde Gas Therapeutics, a division of The Linde Group.
