Pentair Valves & Controls has designed a new range of pressure and vacuum relief valves, which is the first series to be completely compliant with the new API 2000 regulation.
The Anderson Greenwood 4000 Series is the first high-capacity, full lift valves range to be verified as fully compliant with the latest API 2000 standard. The seventh edition of this regulation covers normal and emergency vapour venting requirements for bulk liquid storage tanks.
The valves have been engineered to provide increased flow capacities – fully opening at 10% overpressure, protecting tanks from internal pressure fluctuations.
