Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG has acquired 100% of the shares of flow test instrument provider Advanced Test Concepts, Inc. (ATC).
Under the deal, of which financial details were not disclosed, Pfeiffer Vacuum said that its already strong team is now “completed with the experts and products from ATC.”
Founded in 1890, Pfeiffer Vacuum is globally active with a portfolio that encompasses backing pumps, measurement and analysis devices, components as well as vacuum chambers and leak testing solutions.
