Praxair, Inc. has named Kelcey E. Hoyt as Vice-President and Controller, succeeding Elizabeth T. Hirsch who retires from the company after 18 years of service.
Hirsch has served as Praxair’s vice-president and controller for the last six years, and her retirement prompts a minor reshuffle within the company’s management team.
Hoyt, formerly director of investor relations, succeeds her as Vice-President and Controller while she is herself succeeded by Juan Pelaez, vice president of finance for Praxair Mexico since 2011.
Both assignments are effective today, 1st August, and will report to Senior Vice-President and CFO Matthew J. White.
