Praxair, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Linde plc, has been recognised in Bloomberg’s 2019 Gender-Equality Index (GEI) and Forbes’ America’s Best Employers for Diversity 2019 list, highlighting the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
This is the second consecutive year Praxair has been included on the Bloomberg GEI, which recognises companies committed to transparency in gender reporting and advancing women’s equality. Forbes also recognised Praxair as one of America’s best employers for diversity.
“These recognitions by Bloomberg, Forbes and other leading organisations are a testament to the value we place on operationalising diversity and inclusion,” said David Strauss, Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
“Praxair is committed to creating a work environment that respects, supports and values the unique contributes and ideas that our employees bring to the workplace every day,” said Strauss.
