Praxair India is to build and operate a state-of-the-art cryogenic separation plant having won an major agreement from Hospet Steels to supply oxygen.
The agreement is for 15 years and will also include associated liquefaction equipment to meet the growing needs of the oxygen, nitrogen and argon market in South India. The plant will have a capacity of 400 tonnes per day.
The plant will be located in Hospet, Karnataka and will be commissioned early next year.
