Premier Cryogenic Services has acquired Viper Cryogenics, an Indiana-based cryogenic tank and trailers repair company.
Unveiling news of the acquisition today (17th May), Premier Cryogenic Services said the purchase of Viper Cryogenics’ West Lafayette facility expands its service area footprint northward.
Viper Cryogenics will now also take the Premier Cryogenic Services name.
Premier Cryogenic Services inspects, repairs, and rehabilitates all types of cryogenic equipment, and claims to be the largest such service provider of liquid hydrogen trailers and ISO containers in North America.
