Joe and Mark Morreale, original and former owners of WesMor Cryogenic Companies, have announced the opening of their new company: Premier Cryogenic Services, LLC.
The La Porte, Texas-based Premier Cryogenic Services, a DOT registered, ASME R-Stamp facility (pending), specialises in inspection, retest, repair, and rehabilitation of cryogenic UN Portable Tank and IMO 7 ISO containers and transport trailers, including but not limited to liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, LNG, and liquid hydrogen.
Premier Cryogenic Services has also acquired Richard Lassere’s company, Elite Cryogenics LLC, which specialises in liquid hydrogen transport trailer retest, repair and rehabilitation, and is located in Slidell, Louisiana. Elite will also take the new Premier Cryogenic Services name.
“Premier Cryogenic Services’ mission is to provide the same high-quality cryogenic equipment service that has been synonymous with the Morreale family for decades,” Premier Cryogenic Services said in a statement.
