RIX Industries secures $1.6m liquid oxygen systems contact with DLA

RIX Industries has inked a $1.6m contract with the Defence Logistics Agency (DLA) for the supply of liquefier modules for the US Navy’s existing shipboard-qualified liquid oxygen production systems, also provided by RIX.

Already deployed onboard various other aircraft carriers, including USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) and USS John F. Kennedy (CVN 79), the RIX liquid oxygen plant employs an integrated autonomous design that delivers nearly “hands-free” pure liquid oxygen on demand.
