Rotarex Automotive has been awarded the ‘A’ rated ISO/TS16949 certification for its Lintgen, Luxembourg, manufacturing facility where it designs and produces items related to cylinder valves and gas equipment for compressed natural gas (CNG) and hydrogen (H2) vehicles.
A comprehensive audit, conducted by the independent certification agency TÜV Rheinland, determined that this facility has demonstrated conformity with ISO/TS16949 quality standards.
Mark Crowther, Rotarex Automotive Quality Management System Coordinator, commented, “The ISO/TS16949 standards were developed as an addition to ISO9001 by a committee of representatives from global automotive companies. It is effectively the voice of our customers who are saying they want their suppliers to keep these high standards during design, development, manufacturing, shipping and after-sales service.”
