Rotarex will be featuring its latest M4SI EVO / line valves at the SEMICON Europe 2017 exhibition.
The design of the ultra-high purity (UHP) gas M4SI EVO / line valves has been optimised to make them easier to use. A shorter stem has reduced the height and a compact, ergonomic hand wheel has improved handling. High performance has been ensured through an encapsulated PTFE seat that significantly reduces micro particle contamination in the gas stream.
