Rotarex SA has announced that it will exhibit at SEMICON China 2017 to present its range of ultra-high purity gas cylinder valves and its complete range of UHP gas control equipment.
China is the fastest growing UHP gas market and SEMICON China 2017 will be the region’s premier event for the semiconductor and microelectronics industries.
