SEMICON Japan, the world’s largest exposition for semiconductor manufacturing, has returned to the Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan.
The 29th three-day exposition, organised by SEMI, is estimated to gather over 1600 exhibiting companies occupying about 4300 booths.
Takashi Kumagai, president of SEMI Japan, said: SEMICON Japan 2005 continues to grow, and we expect to attract more exhibitors than last year, which is evidence of Japan’s strong leadership in the semiconductor equipment and materials market.
Building on the theme, “Sharing Expertise, Make Innovation,” SEMICON Japan will highlight the latest technologies, materials and services for semiconductor wafer processing, testing and assembly.
