Edwards, one of the leading suppliers of vacuum, abatement and chemical management equipment and services, has revealed it will showcase several new vacuum and abatement systems at the Semicon West 2007 event, in San Francisco this week.
Among the products on display will be the company’s new Atlas range of combustion abatement solutions, its next generation dry pump technology scheduled for release later this year, and its high-flow turbomolecular pump and dry scroll pump equipment.
