Praxair Inc has announced a recent boardroom shuffle, naming Eduardo Menezes president of Praxair Europe and responsible for all European operations.
Based in Madrid, Menezes will replace the outgoing Randy Kramer who will return to the US as vice president of global sales. In turn, Murilo Melo will replace Menezes as managing director of Praxair Mexico and should ensure a smooth transition as the current vice president of Praxair’s business operations in Hispanic countries in South America.
Praxair also announced George Ristevski as president of Praxair Distribution Inc., the company’s packaged gases business in the US and Canada, succeeding the departing Wayne Yakich.
All appointments are effective from 1st September.
