Spectrex Inc. is celebrating after three adjacent hangers at Zaventem Brussels International Airport selected the company’s SharpEye Triple IR Flame Detectors – due to their proven high reliability.
The brand new JetAirFly JetAirport Hangar chose to protect the building for the first time with the SharpEye detectors. The Brussels Airlines `Hangar, however, replaced older UV/IR detectors as they gave false alarms every now and then.
Both of these hangars have detectors installed at two heights, providing underwing and overwing protection. The private Abelag Hangar also installed 40/40I Flame Detectors.
