SIAD Healthcare has recently revealed the signing of a distribution agreement with French company EndoControl, strengthening its presence in the minimally-invasive surgery market arena.
The deal also positions SIAD Healthcare at the forefront of the introduction of high-tech equipment into the medical field.
EndoControl® is a relatively young company, though highly skilled in the development of integrated systems for robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery.
The ViKi® system is the result of six years’ research and prototype development in collaboration with Grenoble University, now set for widescale distribution through the new deal.
