SIAD Macchine Impianti (SIAD MI) is now operating in China with the same name and SIAD trademark for its two Chinese subsidiaries – SIAD Engineering (Hangzhou) Co and SIAD Engineering Trading (Shanghai) Co.
The name change for SIAD Engineering Trading (Shanghai) Co was recently approved by the Chinese State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
“This is an important milestone for SIAD in China,” said Claudio Sangaletti, General Manager of both SIAD companies in China. “The use of same trademark and name confirms our commitment to our customers to provide them engineered and manufactured air separation plants, compressors and CO2 plants from China with the same world class quality and standards as those supplied by SIAD Macchine Impianti from Italy.”
SIAD MI established a representative office in Shanghai in 1996, which later converted to the SIAD Engineering Trading (Shanghai) Co, focusing on equipment trading and the compressor after-market service and spare parts sale.
