SIAD, the Italian chemical group specialising in industrial gases, engineering, healthcare, services and industrial goods, has signed the latest EA MLA Agreement.
Since January 2001, the SIAD Research Laboratory has been recognised as an Accredited Calibration Laboratory – LAT Calibration Center N ° 143 and subsequently also as a Reference Materials Manufacturer RMP N ° 143.
Following a recent laboratory inspection by the European cooperation for Accreditation (EA), SIAD has now transitioned to UNI CEI EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018. This means that it is an Accredited Calibration Laboratory for the gravimetric and analytical calibration of LAT gas mixtures, and for the calibration of equipment for analytical measurement.
In addition, Accredia, the national accreditation body designated by the Italian government to certify the competence, independence and impartiality of the certification, inspection and laboratory testing, highlighted the excellent knowledge of the methods and operations of all the technical staff for both the LAT Centre and the RMP N Producer.
